Method 5033

p-Nitroaniline by HPLC

This method is for the determination of p-nitroaniline. The sample is collected on mixed cellulose ester membrane filters, extracted with 5mL isopropanol, followed HPLC analysis with ultraviolet detection. The working range is 1.1 to 22 mg/m³ for a 90-L air sample. This method is applicable to p-nitroaniline aerosol but not for environments where vapor may be present. Note: This revises Method S7.
