This method is for the determination of warfarin. The sample is collected on 1-µm PTFE membranes, extracted in 5mL methanol, and analyzed by HPLC with ultraviolet detection. The working range is 0.05 to 0.5 mg/m³ for a 400-L air sample. Note: This is P&CAM 313 in a new format.
