This method is for the collection and analysis of acrylamide from workplace air. The sample is collected on a OVS-7 tube which contains a glass fiber filter and two sections of XAD-7 sorbent. After sample collection, the tube is desorbed with a solution of 5% methaol/95% water and analyzed by HPLC with a UV detector.
