This method is for the determination of ethylene bis dithiocarbamates (EBDCs) in food. EBDC'sin the sample are converted to carbon disulfide (CS2) during a reaction with HCl and stannous chloride at 100°C. The headspace which is generated is analyzed by GC (gas chromatograph)
