Method 1003

Phosphine

This method is for the determination of phosphine in workplace air samples.  The sample is collected using casette containing a glass fiber filter and a mercuric chloride treated polyester filter.  After collection the sample is digested with sulfuric acid and analyzed by ICP.

The treated filter has a shelf life of 3 months.

NOTE:  This method supercedes Method ID-180.
