Method 106

Desflurane by GC/FID

This method describes the sample collection and analysis of desflurane. Samples are collected by drawing a known volume of air through standard size Anasorb 747 tubes. Samples are desorbed with toluene and analyzed by GC using a flame ionization detector (FID).
