This method describes the sample collection and analysis of trimellitic anhydride. Samples are collected open face on glass fiber filters coated with veratrylamine (3,4-dimethoxybenzylamine) and di-n-octyl phthalate. Samples are extracted with aqueous ammonium hydroxide and analyzed by HPLC using a UV detector.
