This method is for the determination of 4,4'-methylenedianiline (MDA). The sample is collected on two sulfuric acid-treated glass fiber filters. After collection the filters are added to separate glass vials containing 2 mL of deionized water in order to enhance the stability of the collected samples. The addition of the water should occur within 10 hours of sample collection. The samples are extracted with 1.0 mL of 0.5 N NaOH and 2.0 mL of toluene. The sample is analyzed by GC/ECD (electron capture detector).
No Obligation Quotation for Analytical Services
If you would like us to provide a quote for laboratory analysis, just provide us with as much information as you can about your project (the more, the better) and we'll provide you a quote via email. * The analytes and detection limits listed for each method represent the typical detection limits and analytes reported for that particular method. Keep in mind that analyte lists may vary from laboratory to laboratory. Detection limits may also vary from lab to lab and are dependent upon the sample size, matrix, and any interferences that may be present in the sample.
