Method 5016

Strychnine by HPLC

This method is for the determination of strychnine. The sample is collected on glass fiber filters, desorbed in 5mL of mobile phase, followed by HPLC analysis with ultraviolet detection. The working range is 0.05 to 10 mg/m³ for a 200-L air sample. Note: This revises Method S302.
