Aflatoxins in Corn, Raw Peanuts, and Peanut Butter


This method is for the determination of aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1 and G2). The sample is extracted with methanol and water, filtered and diluted with water. The sample is analyzed by LC/MS (liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry). The method can also be used with other matrices.
