Method WC 001

Fungal Spore Count and Identification, Pollen and Mycelial Fragment Count from Dust Samples

This method is for the determination of fungal spore count and identification and pollen and mycelial fragment count from dust samples. Samples in confined spaces are collected using Aerotech's WallChek system utilizing a non-destructive sampling device with a dust cassette. The collected dust is sent to the laboratory where it can be analyzed for total and viable fungal spores.
